If you don't have a offering memorandum or deal summary, we'll help you create one.  This consists of the property information, financials, borrower experience and other key data points.

We match your goals to our various capital programs to find the best capital structure and options.  Our goal is to issue you terms and a letter of interest (LOI) within 48-72 hours.  

Once you approve the terms, we begin processing your application with the goal to close in 4-8 weeks depending on the size and complexity of the project.

What do I need to qualify for financing?

The most important questions we ask when qualifying a deal: 1) Does the project make financial sense? The current and future financials of the project must be strong; 2) Does the borrower have experience? If the borrower does not have an extensive track record, an experienced head contractor would be required.
