As a member of the team, your goal is to locate and assist real estate investors with financing. However more than just structuring loans, our core philosophy is to be a partner and champion for our clients. When they succeed, we succeed. Account Executive duties and responsibilities include identifying and contacting residential real estate investors, providing pre-approval letters, issuing quotes and most importantly building relationships


A well-qualified candidate will want to actively engage all stakeholders in the loan application process as well as rely on their experience to assist management in refining and driving a more efficient, client focused, loan process.

Compensation

 

Account Executives keep 100% of the origination fee and yield spread premium (YSP) earned and collected at closing less the following:

 

In-House Processed Core Capital Partners Loan Programs
•  $1295 origination fee to LendingDeck
•  Processing fee to LendingDeck

•  Any funding related fees charged by Company’s capital partner and/or any third-party providers.

 

Deals Brokered to Other Lenders
•  $995 origination fee to LendingDeck

•  Optional in-house processing assistance

•  Account executive / other lender processes the deal

The advantages of our Core Capital Partner loan programs:  1) we receive preferred (below retail) interest rates and fees, 2) our close relationship with these partners allows us to troubleshoot and expedite loans when needed, and 3) our processors receiving ongoing training on these programs to know what's needed and how to position the loans for funding success.

Loan Processing Provided


Loans are 100% processed by our in-house team so that you can focus on sales!

•  Clients are assigned to a senior processor and assistant processor who are trained to manage every task from ordering title and appraisals, to entity docs review and more all the way through funding. A completely hands-off process for account executives.

•  Loans are managed on our LendingWise platform for easy, transparent processing. The platform's numerous features including automated loan status updates and oustanding doc requests keep your files moving smoothly.

Goals/Responsibilities

​

•  Locating, contacting and qualifying residential real esate investors for financing
•  Calculating loan scenarios and issuing pre-approval letters

•  Generating quotes and term sheets for clients
•  Working with our in-house loan processing team
•  Maintaining client relations
•  Closing 3+ loans per month

•  Hubspot/Other CMR seat for generating leads and managing quote requests
•  LendingWise seat for taking digital loan applications, processing loans and registering brokers

•  Propstream nationwide MLS access for researching properties

•  Microsoft Office suite and email account

•  Dedicated Ring phone number

•  Customizable marketing fliers and email templates

•  Promotional rights on company's BRRRR Facebook group (50k+ members)

What You Will Need

​

•  1-3 years’ sales experience w/ fix & flip loans, DSCR rental loans
•  Computer / laptop and phone

•  Strong work ethic and organizational skills
•  Excellent communication skills

•  Ability to quickly grasp and understand numbers

Work Location

​

•  Remote from home or office based (Richmond, VA)

•  Flexibility to set your own work schedule (part-time or full-time)
