Founder and CEO
Justin Konz has led multiple private equity lending and investment companies serving the Mid-Atlantic region since 2008. His companies have funded over $500 million in residential investment real estate projects. Prior to his lending businesses, Justin received an MBA from the College of William & Mary in 2006. He currently resides with his wife and three children in Oakton, Virginia.
MARK HUDSON
Founder and COO
Mark Hudson has served as Founder, CEO and COO of several companies servicing the retail, healthcare, real estate and construction industries. He is widely regarded for his expertise in scaling early stage growth companies. Mark earned an MBA from his alma mater, The College of William & Mary, in 2010. He resides with his wife and two children in Richmond, Virginia.
